Setting up a good coaching session takes time – setting up a great coaching session takes time and great planning which is where traffic cones can make a difference to the success or failure of your session.
Standard ’spacemarkers’ are fine, but they sit at the same level, so fast moving session can appear confusing until you add traffic cones to your set up. Traffic cones help because they are higher and come in different sizes ranging from 15″ to 9″, and can indicate more important areas for participants.
It’s also a good idea to think about safety, and that’s where collapsible traffic cones come in. They’re different to regular traffic cones in that they have split sides which means that they collapse under pressure, reforming once the weight has been lifted from them.
