Regular cones, or spacemarkers, are the meat and potatoes of almost all coaching sessions, but they have a fairly ‘flat’ profile which makes them slightly less easier to see during high intensity sessions.
Giant saucer cones can offer an alternative or indeed an addition to both regular spacemarkers, or even traffic cones because (just like the nursery rhyme…) they are not too big and not too small, and if you add poles that can fit onto the top, or in the middle of these giant cones, your training session can take on new dimensions.
